Sequencing control for chillers

Hi all,

I am now modeling an existing office building and would like to estimate the energy saving for various retrofitting measures.
one of them is sequencing control for chillers. however, I found that there is no way to set the operating schedule / strategy for the chillers. May I know if there's any ways to set this or if there's anything that I have missed.
