IES-VE User Forum

Hi,

I am modelling a terrace house with one level below ground.

I went in: Apache/Project Constructions/Tools/Ground contact floor plans and clicked on update from geometry.

Is this sufficient so that IES does not calculates solar gains on the basement walls?

Also, when I update the ground contact plans from geometry, I get 3 Levels:
0 (ground) / Depth below ground (m): 0
-1 / Depth below ground (m): 0
-2 / Depth below ground (m): -3.179

Do I need to delete some of these?
