system outside air supply and Air Exchanges

hello everybody ..
only natural ventilation is used in my project ...In Building Template Manager, I want to know in system outside air supply the amount of ( minimum flow rate ) ?? and in Air Exchanges I choosed natural ventilation I want to know the amount of the (maximum flow rate) .. and i want to know the difference between them?
