Compare room analysis result between two rooms in a single simulation

Hi,
I would like to know how to compare energy consumption between two different rooms (with similar size) but with different settings that is ran in a single ApacheSim. I know it is possible for two different ApacheSim result files but what about same result files but different rooms?
