Sketchup Model stuck when Launching VE

Hi,

I'm a new user of VE and on free trial.

I've a created a Sketchup model of a three story house (size is 3.9 MB). I've managed to identify all the rooms in the house correctly. But when I want to export by clicking the Launch VE button, it gets stuck on 'Convert model to XML 6.0%'.

I've tried exporting them in parts, and exporting it into a GEM file to combine them later. But when I open a new file and try to import the GEM files, VE stopped working and had to be closed.

Any idea what to do?
