Discrepancy in Apache Room Air Temperature and MicroFlo

Hi All,
I am working on an overheating study, modeling a multifamily apartment building trying to determine how hot the internal temperature of units will get. I've isolated the hottest day and time of the year. The hottest unit achieves a Room Air Temperature of about 104F according to the Apache simulation shown in Vista Pro. I have modeled the unit with non-operable windows for worst case. 104F is very hot, but perhaps plausible given climate...
When I then complete a MicroFlo analysis for the same unit, importing boundary conditions for the same date and time, temperature results show between 75-85F depending on what room and height off the floor.
Am I missing something here? Shouldn't the too results be similar?
