Discrepancy in Apache Room Air Temperature and MicroFlo

Apologies if this a duplicate post. It appears my first post didn't make it though.
I'm doing an overheating study on a multifamily building, looking at at the hottest unit, on the hottest date and time of the year. For the study, windows and doors are not operable to model worse case conditions.
In the Apache sim, using Vista Pro for results, Room Air Temperature for is shown at over 100F...perhaps plausible given the conditions but very hot. Outdoor air temp peaks at 95F.
If I then run a MicroFlo analysis, exporting the boundary conditions for the same data and time, my internal temperatures for the unit vary between 75-85F depending on height and room.
Shouldn't these two results be quite similar, with the Apache sim essentially averaging out the MicroFlo air temperature?
Thank you!
