IES modelling & glazed areas

I am having problems with the Google SketchUp and the IES modelling of the design home. Specifically, once the home is modelled, the room properties are not identifying the windows as glazed areas.

I built the model from ‘scratch’ and used the Push/Pull Tool for the walls, then draw in the windows, however, this did not work.

Another way I tried was create a ‘thick-wall’ storey from floorplan via the IES plugin. The windows are components which were then push through the thick wall. Yet, no avail.

I can send file if someone can fix this.
