PTHP Undersizes Heating

Hey all,
On a similar project I am working on now compared to another I worked on using EnergyPro using the system PTHP. For some reason the IES model is showing very little heating usage (<1%) in comparison to EnergyPro result (>20% of building end usage). I let the software does autosize for the baseline with PTHP, and it is significantly low. Imagine 30 kbtu consumption vs. 30,000 kbtu difference in magnitude.
It is obvious to me something is up with the PTHP heating output from IES-VE. I was wondering if fellow users encounter this problem and what your solution was?
