Modeling Zigzag Wall

Hi All,
This is my first time here, I tried to look for solution to my problem in previous posts and user guides but hasn't got anything related so far.
I'm trying to model a zigzag wall with narrow transparent surfaces (60 and 150 mm width) but when getting inside the room walls to add 100% opening (full window or hole) , I found that IES-VE has subdivided the 60mm wall to two surfaces that the added opening can't cover the whole original surface and uneditable opaque part was left to the side.
If I scale the model by increasing it to 10 times its original size, the subdivision disappears and I can easily add the full opening. However, when I scale it down, I face the same problem of the auto added opaque part to the wall.
I would highly appreciate your advise in this regard
