IES 2017 is no longer works with Sketchup

I'm building my models in Sketchup which I've done for the past two years, I've just updated to the lastest software and when trying to export a model from Sketchup to IES I'm presented with a new error. It identifies all of the rooms and it even loads up IES but before the model is presented, a box appears saying:

(local computer path)".asd contains and incorrect path."

and then IES loads nothing. I've checked the export folder from the local path and there is a .XML file but it refuses to be loaded into a new IES document. Any ideas on how to fix or get around this?

Use Navigator > Import BIM. Follow the steps.

The Navigator was a good method for importing your vexml files while the plug-in had this little glitch, it is resolved in latest VE 2017 FP 3 so you can grab this version to get working plug-in again
