Aplocate help

Hi, I am a complete novice and just getting up to speed with the basics. Can anyone explain to me what the difference is between the locations in the Aplocate tab 'Location and Site Data', 'Design Weather Data' and 'Simulation Weather Data' in the UK please.

My basic understanding is under 'Location and Site Data' the specific site latitude and longitude is input, 'Design Weather Data' is local weather data i.e obtained from a local airport and 'Simulation Weather Data' one of the 14 CIBSE locations in used.
