CIBSE Loads

Post by Greens »

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to find the CIBSE load for a model in different orientations by changing the north sign every time in the same project , save the project and run the calculation , but I found an error says that the expected value for the orientation is the previous value not the new one that I have already modified, and advice me to re-run the SunCast , but even if I re-run the SunCast the same error appears .

Please advice where is the problem , and dose this affect the results .

Thanks & Best regards

Hi,

For each change of the building rotation then the SunCast would require to be re-run for the new windows & surfaces orientation prior to running the analysis again

If that still reports an error then it is something our team could look into - are you physically rotating the model in the ModelIT workspace or are you editing the building orientation site rotation option (Edit menu)?
