Heating Coil working just with heat recovery!

Is it possible to model the heating coil in a way that it gets the heat just recovered from the cooling coil refrigerant?
When I tried to model the heating coil like I have described above, the problem is that the system considers a generic heating source on its own in order to reach the set point made in the heating coil.
Does the "heating capacity" of the heating coil in ies ve considers only the heating recovery source or not?
Any suggestions would be most welcome!
