RadianceIES sDA Running Issue

I try to use RadianceIES to run sDA test, a shoebox model was constructed with 25% window-to-wall ration on each vertical wall. However, everytime I try to run the simulation, a alert will pop up saying "Radiance has identified problems with the model geometry. File 'SP000000_mod.rad' appears to be empty."

And the simulation still carry on, but, every time there are many sub-tasks, only several sub-tasks can be completed while others stuck at 97-99%.

I dont know what is going on here, please help me out. Thanks!
