Hi,

Where can I find ApacheHVAC Appendix B?
Because inside the file ApacheHVAC User Guide - Appendices A-J there's only written "This appendix, which covers the mapping of dependencies and links for all parameters and controls within the ApacheHVAC System Parameters dialog, is a separate document (approximately 250 pages)".
