2016 weather files for compliance

Does anyone have any news on when the 2016 weather files will replace the 2006 files for Pt L compliance? The relevant CIBSE and IES pages say to use the 2006 files for now, but knowing my luck this advice will change the day after I buy the 2006 file I need!
