Sketchup plugin - error

Hey everybody !
I'm using Sketchup to modelise projects in our agency and we want to use the IES VE plugins. I use Sketchup 2017 and the latest version of IES. When I use the plugin to recognize rooms it works very well after many attempts, yes I just began on this software
. But when I want to export the model it shows an error windows : "C:\Users\Solen\Desktop\veExport\Residential\Apache\Residentials.asd contient un chemin non valide.". I tried many times, changing the file's name and its location on the C drive, but I have the same windows, just the location on the message changed. What can I do to resolve this problem ?
