Sketchup exporting error

Hey !
We are using Sketchup to model our projects, and we want to export them on IES VE to do some thermal studies. After few tries I did well these projects to recognize all the rooms, and I clicked on VE button to export on IES. The problem came just after few progression windows, and an error window shows “location of the file\Apache\ResidentialV2.asd contains an invalid path”.

I think it’s the same issue for all of these project, so I tried just on one to change its name and its location to see if it would change anything, but I observed always the same error window.

I’m using Sketchup PRO 2017 with the last version of IES VE. Any one for a solution? It's quite urgent ^^
