Changing glazing percentage itroduces problems in Apache

Dear Forum members,
I need to run simulations for different combinations of facade elements. One of them is a variation of glazing percentage on one facade (100%, 80% and 60%). I would open the 100% model, save it as 80 then using the glazing tool to apply 80% glazing to a specific facade. In some models there is no problem. In others, it makes VE stop working!!
Now I know that the change I have made must have been the cause. To investigate, I went to the Assign Construction and here is the issue:
1- When I choose the rooms with glazing changed, External Glazing category does not appear.
2- If I use the Visualisation in Model Viewer II, the changed glazing looks like holes only (no window!!).
Just to mention that, in advance of each repeated simulation I would delete both Radiance and SunCast contents so it will then uses its unique ill and suncast files.
This issue has made a nightmare for me and I really appreciate any help/suggestion
