OA cfm from spreadsheet not matching PRM result

OA cfm from spreadsheet not matching PRM result

Hello,

I am having a hard time understanding why my OA cfm is not matching the OA cfm value in my PRM report. I added the 62.1 appendix A calc for zones exceeding 55%. For any storage rooms or corridors driving my OA% up, I replace there OA% with 0. The fact that I changed the formulas around might have something to do with this but there are other rooms that weren't changed and are still displaying different values.

Any help would be much appreciated.
