Dear IES Forum technical support team,

I encountered errors when I tried to import data from an excel file to Tabular Space Data (Internal gains tab).

I exported data from Tabular Space Data first to an excel file, then modified on the excel file. But to import data back to the Tabular Space Data, I got message below:

"The supplied data is not valid for importing.

No recognized columns could be found in the import data. The column headers must be defined on the first line of the import data, and must be include at least the following column:

- Space ID

It is not possible to import data if the column headers are missing."

I did read the User Guide for Tabular Space data, and followed the format required (my excel sheet has 'Space ID Column' and 'Column Headers' when I tried to import), mention in Appendix B. Frequently Asked Questions, however, it did not work and I still got the message.

Please let me know how to fix this issue.

What version of VE are you using? The Space ID column should be included on your export so it should be there when you try to paste back in and I wonder if there was an error on this in a previous version

Such an issue was fixed in VE 2015 Feature Pack 2 Hotfix 1 for instance

Importing to Tabular Room Data correction [ID-0085667]: Data can be imported correctly into Tabular Room Data. No error message about the Room ID column will be shown.
