CIBSE Loads Not Working 2017.2.0.0

The report does not seem to pop up in VistaPro. The Icon remains grey afterwards. Thus unavailable. Ive run this on a number of models and they all do the same.

Despite 20 views, its still not working Mr IES. Hello, is there anyone out there?

This forum is always devoid of any IES bods.

I just got a response from IES try selecting VistaPro from the top toolbar menu, then select Building Heating and Cooling Loads Summary.

This worked for me
