Rooms not showing up under Grouping Schemes

ApacheCalc – Heat loss/gain calculations using CIBSE procedures to determine design heating/cooling loads.
ApacheLoads – Design heating/cooling loads calculations using ASHRAE Heat Balance Method.

Rooms not showing up under Grouping Schemes

when creating grouping schemes the rooms are not showing up under grouping schemes. any suggestions to fix this?

I went trough the PRM navigator and the Baseline and proposed grouping schemes also don't show any rooms.

I am using IES VE 2017.2.0.0
