How can I link ApachHVAC with CFD

Hi, this is Allen.
I am doing a CFD study model for a warehouse.
Please correct me if I am wrong here.
I know that in energy modeling, IESVE assumes the temperature in spaces is evenly distributed. So if the setpoint is 55F for a warehouse, then in Energy Modeling, it is 55F everywhere in the warehouse.
But we know that this is not true in reality, especially when it comes to a 40' floor to ceiling high warehouse. The space is stratefied. So, we want to study, with different options of envelope insulations, how is the stratification.
And the question is, how do I link ApachHVAC with CFD in IESVE?
