How to model two modes of heating in one room

Hello,

I'm very new to IES and have been on one of the courses held at the Glasgow office, so i have a basic understanding and a will to push on and get more proficient with the software.

We are working on a project at the moment and i'm doing the energy modelling on the side to increase my knowledge. The project is off grid in a location that is almost permanently in sub zero conditions and will be occupied only in the "Warmer" (still -10 / +5 C) half of the year.
The methodology used to heat the building is a LTHW VAV system with heat recovery "topped up" with oil filled electric radiators. The concept being that the electric radiators can be used initially to thaw the building then once the boilers are up and running the VAV will take over the majority of the heating load with the rads topping up in rooms where it is required.

I'd like to know if it is possible to set 2 heating systems per room, in this case, a VAV system fed from a LTHW coil with an air temperature of either 16 or 18 degC to the room. Where room setpoints are over 16 deg C there will be the Electric Radiators to bump the temperature up to the desired temperature.

Thanks in advance for any help, I hope the above makes sense.
