Update Default Constuctions (mainly internal partitions)

There are two issues that come up for me regularly with the default constructions. First is the naming: I'm not sure what "2013" comes from, and it doesn't make it obvious to be people that they are default. I'd request that all default constructions be named something like "Default Roof".
Second: the most common issue I have with Apache errors regarding constructions come from the default internal partitions, which are very lightweight because they have two layers of drywall with air in the middle. In actuality there should be some amount of mass in that air gap, like a wood or metal stud wall, and sometimes plywood that the drywall is attached to. I'd request that enough mass, in the form of wood or metal, be added to the middle of that construction to bring it up to lightweight, or possible even medium weight, to more accurately reflect typical constructions and reduce simulation errors.
