Vista Cooling Loads Refrigeration

Hi everybody,
I'm working on the simulation of a refrigeration factory, which needs an high performance technological package (and refrigeration plant) in order to maintain the indoor temperature at -25°C.
What is the parameter in Vista that I can consider to compare different wall's packages without evaluating the type of plant?
For example: I want to say that a type of wall is more performing that another.. Is it ok to use "Room cooling plant sensible load" or you can suggest me another parameter?
I've put a generical plant only to run the simulation.
