cooling loads simulation refrigeration factory

Hi,
I'm simulating a refrigeration factory on IES.ve in order to understand the best tecnhological package able to lower the cooling loads and make the building more efficient.
I'm simulating different packages and I want to know what parameter in VIsta could be more useful to choose that package, without considering the type of plant. Actually I'm using "cooling plant sensible load", but I'm not sure about that.
Someone can help me?
