Could the internal query system you use be updated to reply all to all queries? We often cc other people on our project teams to keep in the loop, but the default reply from IES always is only to the person who sent the email.

it's been some time since this request and we have now implemented a new Helpdesk system where all cc users on a ticket will receive all communications related to that ticket
