Energy demands and consumption in existing residences located in different climatic zones

Dear IES VE community forum I have a student version of IES VE 2017 for engineers in order to use it for my MSc project. The project title is “Energy demands and consumption in existing residences located in different climatic zones in Hellas”.
I have already managed to perform the following tasks:
model and sketch each residence
set proper location and chose proper weather data
set all needed construction types
set BTM (horizontal partitions, construction types, MacroFlo, thermal, light pro and radiance)
set working profiles (daily, weekly and annual)
Furthermore, I have used the Apache calculation and simulation in order to check the internal gains and to see that every gain is correctly allocated to each room. I have correctly assigned people, computers, cooking and other gains to each room.
I used the VistaPro packet in order to simulate all results and then view them with the aid of either synopsis button or other available graphical representations. Results were produced for the weather condition of the complete building (i.e. dry/wet bulb temp, external due point, wind speed, etc.) or for a specific room (i.e. dry resultant temperature, mean radiant temperature, moisture content etc.).
But when I try to deduce results for building loads or building energy (i.e. equipment electricity, lights electricity, total lights energy, total system energy etc.) I don’t get any.
My goal is to deduce the energy demands (i.e. for heating/cooling) of the buildings and their total energy needs in kWh/m^2 .
I suppose that those results should be available in the building energy category but in this category no results are produced at all.
Can someone enlighten me with what I am doing wrong???
