Hi Ana,
I'm afraid you are going to have to do this one room at a time. You may wish to look at FlucsDL to do DL calcs for multiple rooms. It's not as powerful as Radiance though so you won't get lovely images or glare analysis.

Is there any way to run multiple rooms to find the average daylight factor in Radiance now?
