Hi,
as per Ashrae 90.1-2010 the lighting power density was 9.7 W/m2
then I found that in another table in Ashrae 90.1-2010 it was 6.9 W/m2
As per Ashrae 90.1-2016 it was 8.3 W/m2

Can somebody tell me what is the value of lighting power density for residential living room , energy efficient house by any reference?

I have yet to find anything within ashrae that defines it since residential can vary so much. If you have to justify it then I would recommend using the dormitory LPD from the tables. Unless you have a lighting plan to clearly define it the best you can do is get an approximation for equipment sizing.
My biggest challenge with modelling residential is defining the occupancy patterns and run times of equipment to try to avoid humidity issues. Check your local codes for sizing reqs, and try to be sure not to oversize equipment. Hope this helps.

I found some data showing LED to be much less LPD yet I cant find a standard to defend my values. I wouldn't mind any standard that would benchmark any area of residential(dining, k*****n, others)
I found ashrae values to be high?

sorry I dont have ashrae standard, just finding some tables in some journals. what is the dormitory lpd?

ASHRAE has online read-only versions of its standards that can be accessed for free on this link https://www.ashrae.org/technical-resour ... -standards. The most current LPD values that you should look at are in ASHRAE 90.1-2016, table 9.6.1.

any idea of case study maybe for the benchmarking for electric consumption per m2 monthly or yearly in residential?

Can't help you with the benchmark, I don't have any information on that. As for the LPD I would use Food Preparation for the k*****n, Dormitory - Living Quarter for the bedroom and living room, corridor for the corridor, restroom for the restroom, etc.
