auxiliary energy and heat pump and relation with Ap aux+DHW/solar heating pump energy.

Post by p1234567 »

Hi,
I do understand that the auxiliary energy is coming from the system chosen (AEV and SFP) assigned in auxiliary energy template. and I do understand that the auxiliary energy is related to the energy for pumps and fans of heating, cooling and ventilation systems in the building.
What I dont get is it related to hot water and solar system?
changing the heating and cooling system from heat pump to other system would change the Fan and pump energy but might affect the total energy consumption.
so, what I concluded please correct me if I am wrong:
the pumps and fans are related to the hvac cycle(evaporator, condenser,,,..) cycle to provide the cooling and heating needed for the building. so, the energy consumed by fans and pumps(electrically) is needed to provide ( thermal consumption) for the room.
while changing the system , electric consumption for fans and pumps might decrease, thermal consumption for the rooms might increase.

so, it all goes back to the requirement of Total electric consumption versus total thermal consumption.
please let me know if I am understanding right the concept.
thank you in advance.
R.K.
