Interactions between HVAC and Macroflo

Hi,
I have few questions about how Macroflo works<
1- For an air tight building, where air supplied in rooms and exhausted in other rooms and the air supplied more than the exhausted, does Macroflo model air movement inside the building between the two rooms due to volume difference? and if the supply equal the exhaust, would air movement be modeled?
2- I am confused about room infiltration when using Macroflo, so if I assigned value for infiltration in room thermal data and Macroflo consider air leakage from the external window, which one will be considered for calculation. The assigned value or the Macroflo modeled value?
3- Does IES differentiate between internal infiltration and external infiltration? I mean where the air leaks from out side or from other rooms?
Thank you in advance>
