My heating system is off, but it still consumpts energy.

Hello everyone!

I use IES-VE for my Engineer's Diploma Thesis. I have two problems and i need your help.

1) I am working on a residential building. It is located in Creta (Greece) and the weather file is from there. The building has only heating system. Because of hot summer temperatures i have turned off the heating system from 1st of May to 30th of September. Although this time the heating system is out of order, it consumpts 0.26kW every hour (0.26kWh). Is there any answers why it happens? How can I solve this problem and eliminate to zero the energy consumption of the Heating System?

2) After the processing of the building, I established in the model a wind turbin. This reduced my heating loads about 6%, Why did it happen? I don't find it normal, i didn;t edit the building envelope or Internal Gains. Why the addendum of the wind turbin reduced my heating loads?
