Closed Ceiling in Daylight and Energy Simulation

Hi, I am new to IES. If I simulate an open plan office with closed ceiling how do I make the ceiling for daylight simulation, because the model in IES can be used to simulate both energy and daylight. Moreover, for energy simulation the closed ceiling can use the plenum feature rather than make a different space. Should I make 2 model, with ceiling for daylight and without ceiling for energy?
