free form profiles

I am using IESVE 2019 and I need to use free form profiles for occupancy but I can't locate them in the ApPro. According to the online help, there should be an option of creating a New free form profile similar to creating new daily profiles. However, the only patterns shown in the ApPro are daily, weekly, annual, compact and scripted profiles. Also, I have tried the free form profile example in VEscript examples and it returns the error "licence required". Do I need an additional licence to be able to use free form profiles?
