Overriding People Not Working

Overriding People Not Working

In editing the internal gains, I've been overriding the template sq. ft. per person and assigning a set number of people per room. When I run the room loads, some of the rooms where I overrode the people are not overridden, but instead, is set to the template sq. ft. per person. I'm am not sure why this is happening, since it only happens to some rooms. It has happened in 3 different projects I've worked on.
