District cooling

We have a project that need to perform district cooling model

We know that it has to export building(s) load data to free form data file (ffd), but this task needs an ERGON account. It's really an unnecessary task because we don't want to use/purchase an account for monitoring energy use of an existing building   . So is there any way to create an ffd file better than having an ERGON account ?. Or maybe someday we can simply export to ffd file directly from vista ? Or any simple tool to do this task. 

We try to login to https://www.iesve.com/software/ergon/
And got the message:

So this is the reason to create an offline tool or additional menu inside Vista Pro to simplify "export to ffd" task.
