Thermal Comfort Analysis With Heating Followed by Free Cooling

Hello All,
My situation is as follows.
I'm carrying out a thermal comfort simulation by finding out air temperatures in spaces and to see if they fall within a specific range. i.e 21-23 degrees.
I'm running for both summer and winter conditions. I'm having no issues with the winter condition so my problem lies with the summer condition.
The building set is as follows;
We have radiators to heat the room up to 21 degrees.
We are located in a cold climate so we will still need heating in the summer.
We have fresh air coming into the space to ventilate it for the occupants which I set up to enter the space at 21 degrees.
Once the set point of 21 degrees has been satisfied I want the radiators to shut off.
The air will still be supplied at 21 degrees but if the room temp exceeds 23 degrees I want external air to be supplied i.e. free cooled.
Now, I have set up my radiators to heat to 21 along with my auxiliary vent at 21.
Ive tried to set up two auxiliary ventilations to enter the space with a formula to state that they will become active when 1. room air temp is below 21 and 2. room air temp is greater than 23 for external air to enter the space.
Problem is, if I want to add a controlling formula i.e. aux ventilation to enter the space at external temperature once room air temp is above 23 I select "temperature from profile" and select my formula but I then do not have the option to state that the air coming in will be external air.
Hopefully thats not too confusing so to sum it up I want:
Ventilation air as "external air" to cool a space when the room air is above 23 degrees but to also heat the air once the room air temp drops below 21
degrees.
Many thanks in advance
