Solar Energy Analyse

I am new user in IES VE.
When i try to do Solar Energy Analyse from SunCast, it staying in %0 long time and never increase. I also tried it in different projects but it is still the same.

Also when i check Project, results;
-Zero volume ...no problems identified in 215 spaces.
-Non-planar surfaces ...no problems identified in 215 spaces.
-Intersections ...no problems identified in 215 spaces.
-External Holes ...no problems identified in 215 spaces.
-Unmatched adjacencies ...no problems identified in 215 spaces.
-Unmatched edges ...no problems identified in 215 spaces.
-Small surfaces ...no problems identified in 215 spaces.
-Slivers ...no problems identified in 215 spaces.
-Many openings ...no problems identified in 215 spaces.

Hi,

this sounds more like an installation or licence problem. If you are running with faster calcs on (ou should be) then worth checking with your IT Network amdin that suncalc.exe is not blocked or prevented from running by your antivirus or security software
