perforated sheet performance test for overheating assessment

hello,
With my recent project I have a huge perforated sheet with size 62mX 8m in the front of full glazed south façade and small portion shared by louvre. The perforation sheet have a 50% free area install at a distance of 2m apart from the glazed façade (from first floor to roof height).
At this stage we don't know how this gonna affect the glazing G-value and louvre performance where louvre has discharge coefficient of 0.45. We need to understand the performance of louvre as the building is naturally ventilated.
how we can model this element within IES ? I guess simply allowing local shade would not solve the purpose.
