Water to water heat pump pre-heating from another loop

Water to water heat pump pre-heating from another loop

I need to model an Air-to-water heat pump which serve either FC units and, as pre-heat, a Water-to-water heat pump only for domestic hot water (DHW) on another hot water loop to bring water from 45°C to 65°C. Does anyone have suggestion on how to set up the system?
