Help: Solar Flux error

I need help if anyone could point out what is wrong with my construction settings? I tried to make my window as polycarbonate material and have simulated my building. Whenever I checked external and Internal flux of the windows, it would show a drastic reduction of almost 90%. Please help. Thank you.
