room served by 2 systems

hello! I have a room served directly by a DOAS unit for fresh air as well as a VAV AHU for space conditioning. Both units are feeding the space directly. Please let me know the best way to set this up in apacheHVAC. I tried to set it up as a DOAS with fan coil unit, but am having issues with my CC in the DOAS turning off.
