Migrate model to ASHRAE 90.1 2016

Hi, I develop a model for LEED / ASHRAE 90.1 2010 (proposed and baseline models).

Now I need to switch to ASHRAE 90.1 2016, following relative navigator. Proposed model need to be the same (2010 Compliance), baseline need to be regenerated with 2016 prescription.

I think I need to reassign on proposed model new thermal template following ASHRAE 2016, but I don't want to start from zero, I want to conserve construction for example.

What's best workflow? Does anyone have any suggestion?
