GLA 'Be Lean' matching - Notional Building System Efficiency

We have had a few users recently asking how to match the Notional Building for GLA 'Be Lean' Assessments as one of the requirements is to match the Notional Building Heating system performance when Heat Pumps are proposed in the Actual Building.
From GLA Part L 2021 Techncial FAQ

For this we would suggest switching to the Notional Building view in VE Compliance, opening Apache Systems writing down/noting these inputs and copying them over to your equivalent Actual Building Systems.

As you can see from the first image the GLA Technical FAQ directly quotes the Notional Building SCoP values from table 7 and table 8 & 9 in the 2021 NCM Modelling Guide of 2.64 and 2.86.
We frequently receive inquiries about why the Notional Building inputs displayed in Apache Systems differ from those published in the 2021 NCM Modelling Guide. This adjustment arises from the application of Automatic Monitoring and Targeting with Alarms, as outlined in paragraph 70 of the NCM Modelling guide.

Which points to the adjustment in Approved Document Part L2 table 2.1

and this is the correction applied to the SCoP you see in Apache Systems when viewing the Notional Building
