Pre-Cooled Chilled Water Coil connection to Reheat Chilled Water Coil

Pre-Cooled Chilled Water Coil connection to Reheat Chilled Water Coil

Assuming an AHU configuration with chilled water pipe is connecting to pre-cooled coil and main cooling coil, however the chilled water pipe LWT from pre-cooled coil is connected to chilled water reheat coil (located after the main cooling coil) via 3-way valve before piped to chilled water returned pipe.

Any idea on ApacheHVAC modelling for the above AHU ?
