Different external/internal conduction gains when running different HVAC systems

Hello everyone,
I am trying different HVAC scenarios in ApacheHVAC. However, when I check the space conditioning sensible loads of those scenarios in VistaPro, I noticed that these differ due to variations in the external/internal conduction gains, even when I did not change the construction templates. The only difference between two scenarios is, for example, the use of a VAV or a DOAS as the HVAC system.
Do you know why I get these results?
